Terms & Conditions

Lewison Digital Labs ("we", "us") provides custom website design and development services. These terms apply to any project, engagement, or payment made for those services unless we've agreed to something different in writing.

Fees for design and development are quoted per project. Payment is due as invoiced. Work begins once the project is booked — including discovery, design, code, revisions, and time reserved on the schedule.

• All sales are final. Once a payment is submitted, it is considered final and cannot be returned, credited, or exchanged.
• Non-refundable. All payments made to Lewison Digital Labs are non-refundable once paid — including deposits, milestone payments, and payment in full.

After a site is launched, ongoing maintenance, edits, updates, or additional support are available at a flat $100 fee per standard maintenance request, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Larger changes, new features, or redesigns are quoted separately.

Clients are responsible for providing content, brand assets, access to accounts, and timely feedback so the project can move forward. Delays in providing what's needed may extend the timeline.

On full payment, the client owns the final delivered website and content they've provided. We retain the right to display the work publicly as part of our portfolio and case studies unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
